(MOORESVILLE, N.C.) – Terry Cook, driver of the No. 10 Power Stroke® Diesel Ford, is eager to get to Mansfield Motorsports Speedway for this weekend’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event. The Sylvania, Ohio native will be racing in his home state and is no stranger to racing on the short tracks. Cook, who enters his fourth season with sponsor, Power Stroke Diesel, is looking for good fortune this weekend to climb back to the top of the driver championship standings.

“This is the first-ever NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race in the state of Ohio,” said Cook. “This is special because it’s kind of close to my hometown. We always get to race at Michigan International Speedway; it’s about an hour away from where I grew up. To have a race in the state of Ohio is really special. I’ve heard good things about Mansfield and I am very excited about going there. It doesn’t matter if you seat 10,000 or 22,000, to here a facility that sold out a month-and-a-half in advance of the race gives you an idea how many race fans there are in Ohio. At any Saturday or Sunday night short track across Ohio, you’ll find the best race fans anywhere; they’re very decided to their sport. The race fans will hopefully be treated to a great race at Mansfield on Sunday.”
